The Mount Joy Area Chamber of Commerce exists to promote, educate and
represent surrounding businesses and organizations in the Mount Joy
area. The Chamber seeks to attract new businesses and organizations
into the area, and provide a forum to help existing businesses and
organizations grow and prosper.
A VITAL LINK
Membership in the Mount Joy Area Chamber of Commerce enables
businesses and individuals to become a vital link in all levels of
government through the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry
and the government officials of Mount Joy Borough. Chamber members
are asked to serve on various committees to represent the interests of both small and large businesses in the community. The Chamber, the Borough and Main Street work together to assure that Mount Joy continues to be "a great place to live, work and play".
MEETINGS
The Mount Joy Area Chamber of Commerce meets the second Wednesday of
each month at The Gathering Place, except March and December. Lunch
is served at 11:45, with the meeting beginning at 12:15. The meeting
is over promptly at 1:30 p.m. Reservations for attendance at meetings
can be made by calling the Chamber office at 653-0773 at least two
(2) days prior to the meeting. All interested businesses or
individuals are invited to attend.
